About 11bd - Bangladesh's Premier Gaming Platform

Our Story

11bd was founded with a single mission: to bring world-class online gaming entertainment to Bangladesh players. We recognized that Bangladesh's growing community of gaming enthusiasts deserved a platform that truly understood their needs - from local payment methods like bKash, Nagad, and Rocket to customer support that speaks their language and operates on their schedule. Since our launch, we've grown to become one of Bangladesh's most trusted names in online gaming, serving players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and every corner of the country.

What sets 11bd apart is our unwavering commitment to the Bangladesh market. While other platforms treat Bangladesh as an afterthought, we've built our entire operation around Bangladesh players' preferences and needs. Our platform supports Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for all scheduling, our payment systems process transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳), and our customer support team includes native English speakers who understand local gaming culture. We've partnered with the payment providers Bangladesh players trust most - bKash for instant deposits and withdrawals, Nagad and Rocket for additional flexibility, and major Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank for larger transactions.

Our game library reflects Bangladesh gaming preferences. We offer comprehensive cricket betting covering the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, and all major international matches. Our live casino features games hosted by dealers who understand the local market, and our slots collection includes titles from top providers like Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Whether you're passionate about cricket betting on Bangladesh Tigers matches, prefer the excitement of live roulette and blackjack, or enjoy spinning slots like Aviator and Crazy Time, 11bd delivers the gaming experience Bangladesh players demand.

At 11bd, we believe that online gaming should be safe, fair, transparent, and most importantly, fun. Every aspect of our platform - from game selection to payment processing to customer support - is designed with Bangladesh players in mind. We're not just a gaming platform; we're a community built for Bangladesh, by people who understand Bangladesh. Our commitment to excellence, security, and player satisfaction has made us the preferred choice for thousands of players who trust 11bd with their gaming entertainment. Join us and experience the difference of a platform that puts Bangladesh first.

Our Mission

We measure our success not by profit margins but by player satisfaction. Every decision we make - from which games to add to our library to how we structure our bonuses to which payment methods we support - is guided by one question: will this make the experience better for Bangladesh players? This player-first philosophy drives everything we do at 11bd and has earned us the trust of thousands of satisfied players across Bangladesh.

Our Core Values

These fundamental principles guide every decision we make and every interaction we have with our players. They define who we are as a company and what Bangladesh players can expect when they choose 11bd.

• Player Safety First: We implement bank-grade 128-bit SSL encryption on all transactions and maintain strict age verification (21+ only) to ensure a secure, responsible gaming environment. Your personal information and funds are protected by the same security standards used by international financial institutions.
• Transparency and Fairness: Every game on our platform uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing labs. We publish game RTP (Return to Player) percentages openly and process all withdrawals according to published timelines with no hidden fees.
• Local Expertise: Unlike international platforms that treat Bangladesh as just another market, we've built our entire operation around Bangladesh preferences - from supporting bKash, Nagad, and Rocket to offering cricket betting on BPL and IPL matches to providing customer support during Bangladesh business hours.
• Fast and Reliable Payments: We know that instant deposits and fast withdrawals matter to Bangladesh players. That's why bKash deposits credit your account in seconds, and withdrawals process in under 10 minutes during business hours. No delays, no excuses, no hidden fees.
• Responsible Gaming: We provide comprehensive tools for players to control their gaming including deposit limits, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion options. Gaming should be entertaining, not a source of financial stress. We're committed to promoting healthy gaming habits.
• Exceptional Customer Support: Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat, email, and phone. Every team member is trained to resolve issues quickly and professionally, with English language support and understanding of Bangladesh gaming culture. We respond to live chat messages within 60 seconds on average.
